There are many ways to capture information about your event audience, but a structured approach like the Persona Canvas can be particularly insightful.


We have adapted and simplified it specifically to describe the event audience. Even if it doesn't become your primary tool, it's an excellent exercise for thinking deeply about your audience.


Remember, an event can have multiple personas within its target audience. For example, a conference might include experts, students, and specialists from related fields. You can create a persona for each.
